Do you ship internationally?

1. It will be shipped via FedEx express only (except Russia) and signature will be required to receive the package.
2. We do not ship to any freight forward companies.
3. We only ship to your physical address. No P.O. Box.
4. Ship-to and Bill-to address and name must match in your billing country.
5. When ordering, your phone number and email must be included.
6. International orders take up to 1 week to process.
7. *The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that maybe charged at customs.
Countries we DO NOT ship to: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Paraguay, and any other country that is or may become embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).

*The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Do you ship to hotels?

No, we do not.


How long does it take for a shipment to be delivered?

We ship using FedEx ground for domestic shipment in lower 48 states. Allow 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via US postal service. It usually take 3-7 business days. For international orders, we ship FedEx. Allow 7-10 business days.
