Getting what you pay for? June 18, 2019
Reviewer: Doc from Peoples Republik of Chiraq Illinoise
I sure did.

Fast emails from Kitanica, to the moment I de-packaged the quickly delivered box...this was going to be a special experience.

It was.

Next day It went to training inside a car aside a student dumping his M4 plus a g17 through the windshield. And then seven more cycles. At the end of the day, I had been covered in tempered (but sharp) glass and pounds of very very hot brass, all of which hit this Mk1.

Not a mark.

The US Duraflex buckles-for slinging ear pro and goggles, especially while seated, instantly within reach. High quality, no compromise YKK zippers-hidden things-the best Fasnap button fasteners.

Attention to detail. Gusseted corner reinforcements,, folded & triple stitched strap.

I’ve already seen Asian knock-offs of this  The Kitanica is not a $125 posuer,

This is the real deal. You pay for what you get.

Gladly.

These jackets are the bomb, used my black one for 2 years in outdoor construction! Had to add a liner in below zero temperatures!Everyone loved the look and feel of this jacket,&asked what kind of jacket it was where to get it from and the price! Yes it was expensive most people were like that’s to expensive for me! Me I’ll only live once and I loved it so much I bought another one with a liner!

Mark I jacket December 7, 2015
Reviewer: Anton Nosach from Klin, Russia
Hi there!
I bought a Mark I jacket with Gen2 pants and Fleece Liner. The best impression. Absolutely wind- and rain-proof. Absolutely dead-proof;) Indeed most durable jacket on the market.
High quality materials and seams. The liner is also very high quality, can protect you from wind and rain. Pants are very comfortable and functional.
Clothing is well suited for expeditions, hunting, tactical shooting, riding a motorcycle and heavy duty. But it is possible to work at temperatures above -10 C. It would be nice if the Kitanica did a warm liner specifically  for cold weather.
My verdict: honest clothes at a fair price. Thanks guys, thanks Kitanica!

Fits great, wears like iron February 27, 2015
Reviewer: Michael E. Carter from Sparta, IL United States
This has to be the best jacket out of the 25 or 30 jackets and coats I own. I was looking for a jacket like this since '08 and never knew this company existed.

It's a little snug for a shoulder rig, but I had a lot of layers on and was wearing a USP Tactical. Not an especially small handgun. The Walther PPS fits in both the inside pocket and the outside flap pocket with ease and no printing. I haven't tried the SIG-Sauer P220, but I would imagine it will wear much like the Tactical. The Walther P99 and P5 will probably wear much better under this shell.

This is one rugged jacket. I'll have to put this one in my will for my grandson.

I'll probably be buying the liner next season. For now, I'm using a Polartec fleece liner from Cabela's and that will get me by until next November.

If you have been on the fence about spending this kind of loot on a tactical jacket, buy it. You won't regret it.

Great job on this jacket guys!

Tschüß!

Michael

the test of weather January 28, 2015
Reviewer: MICKAEL LEGENDRE from CHATEAUGIRON, ILLE ET VILAINE France
I had the opportunity to put my jacket MARK 1 with fleece lining in Finland with a temperature of - 25C.

I didn't get cold and the snow hasn't seeped into the jacket.

The modularity of this jacket also makes its strength.
